Refund policy

  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

  • Certain items, such as consumables or heavily used products, may not qualify for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Items missing essential parts or accessories.

  • Clearance or final-sale items (when stated on the product page).

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@toolsvip.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions.

  3. Once the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued within 3–7 business days after product inspection.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Products may be exchanged for the same or another item of equal value, subject to availability.
